Payments and Fees?

We are currently able to accept OHP CareOregon, Providence, and Aetna! We will be able to accept Moda beginning 12/1/2026. We are also currently in the process of credentialing with United and REGENCE/BCBS.
Private Pay rate is $180 per session, $200 for intake session. We have a limited number of Sliding Scale spots available and encourage you to look at the Green Bottle Method to see if this makes sense for you. Sliding scale ranges from $100-$160).
Support letter appointments can range in number of appointments, typically 1-3. These can be billed through the insurances listed above. For private pay these start at $150 per appointment. Support letters are no-one-turned-away-for-lack-of-funds (NOTAFLOF).
Concierge Services are $0-$80. Ask about Pay What You Can.
Workshops and Trainings are priced based on request and budget. Schedule a consult and lets see what we can do!

What to Expect in a Consult?

A consult is a free 15 minute call that allows us to chat, before starting services, to see if this feels like a good fit. We will gather some information about what services you are seeking and answer any questions you may have about working with Glitter Mental Health.

Milo has offered a variety of trainings in diverse settings including high schools, universities, community mental health agencies, non-profits, hair salons, and other businesses!
Milo loves to talk about trauma informed care, LGBTQ Affirming Practices, OCD treatment, Healthy boundaries and coping skills, vicarious Trauma, documentation, and support letters!
